Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 2D Guess mobile application and related online services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who may use the Services
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age we or the app stores require (typically at least 13, or higher where local law says so). If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Services (entertainment only)
2.1 The Services provide social features, number-related entertainment, mini-games, missions, and similar functionality described in the app.
2.2 Virtual score / coins / points (“Virtual Currency”) may be shown or earned in the app. Virtual Currency:
- Has no cash value.
- Is not real money, cryptocurrency, or a stored-value instrument.
- Cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for money, or exchanged for prizes with monetary value outside what we explicitly offer inside the app according to store-compliant rules.
- May be modified, reset, rebalanced, or discontinued at any time for fairness, economy design, or operational reasons.
2.3 The Services are not real-money gambling and do not offer payouts of cash or financial instruments. Any comparison to gaming or betting is for entertainment within the app only.
3. Account
3.1 You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3.2 We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Services or other users.
4. User content
4.1 You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content only as needed to operate and improve the Services (including moderation and backup).
4.2 You represent that you have the rights to your content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, defraud, or harm others.
- Post unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, excessively violent, or otherwise objectionable content (as we reasonably determine).
- Spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or probe the Services in ways that strain or compromise systems.
- Circumvent security, limits, or Virtual Currency rules.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
- Use the Services for illegal gambling facilitation or money laundering.
We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts for violations.
6. Moderation and enforcement
We may use automated tools, human review, or community reports to enforce policies. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so. Decisions may be made to protect users and platform integrity.
7. Advertising
The Services may display third-party advertisements. Ad providers may collect information as described in our Privacy Policy. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
8. Intellectual property
The app name, branding, UI, and our materials are owned by us or our licensors. Except for your content, you receive no ownership of our intellectual property.
9. Third-party links
The Services may link to third-party sites or open third-party content (including ad landing pages). We are not responsible for third-party terms or practices.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD 50) IF YOU PAID NOTHING.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
13. Changes
We may modify the Services or these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law or app store rules (for example in-app notice). Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (including Sections 4–12, 14–17) survive termination.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws.
Subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law, you agree that the courts of Myanmar having competent jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, unless we agree otherwise in writing or the law requires a different forum.

17. Entire agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement regarding the Services and supersede prior oral or written understandings on the same subject.
